Wonder Woman #13 (1945)

In Wonder Woman #13, written by Joyce Murchison and illustrated by Harry Peter, we find our hero helping a group of Amazon girls pass their initiation rites. After completing her task, Wonder Woman is sent on another mission by the goddess Aphrodite. This time, she's tasked with inspiring a race of Venusian women to fight back against their enemies: the evil Seal Men, who have kidnapped Eve, the daughter of Queen Desira.
