High Value: $940
Minimum Value: $11

In The Flash #141, our favorite superhero discovers the existence of Paul Gambi, the tailor for the Rogues, while stopping the Top from a crime spree. The Flash is away on a mission in space with the Justice League of America, when the Top escapes from prison. Upon his return, the Flash attempts to apprehend the Top and learns Gambi may be responsible for creating the costumes of his foes. The Flash decides to pay Gambi a visit, but he disguises himself as "Trigger Joe," a lowlife who wants a super-villain's costume. Gambi refuses his request but helps the Top set up a trap for the Flash. They constrict Missile Man's suit around "Trigger Joe," who turns out to be the Flash. With the two men taken to jail, the Flash returns "Winged Victory" to the exhibition hall, garnering a reward, and uses the money to begin a building project to refurbish Central City's slum areas. "Slowdown In Time!" shows us that Professor West has determined the Flash moves so fast that time moves much slower for him, while also attempting to prove that Allen is the Flash. The Flash, being a scientist himself, realized what West was up to, and merely reset his watch. Overall, The Flash #141 is a must-read for comic book collectors and enthusiasts alike, and it shows why The Flash is one of the most iconic superheroes of all time.
