The Flash #133 (1962)

In The Flash #133 from 1962, Abra Kadabra uses his future tech to hypnotize the Governor, securing his release from prison. The Flash investigates and attends one of Abra Kadabra's puppet shows where a puppet of the Flash is humiliated by "Captain Creampuff". The Flash fights back by cleaning up Central City, causing Abra Kadabra's attendance to drop. In retaliation, Abra Kadabra transforms the Flash into a marionette and includes him in the puppet show, humiliating him nightly. The Flash manages to break free, knock out Abra Kadabra, and restore himself to normal. Meanwhile, Kid Flash helps three handicapped boys who know his true identity, and they promise to keep it secret.
