Minimum Value: $12

In The Flash #132 (1962), our hero finds himself pitted against a ruthless television producer who will stop at nothing to keep his ratings high, even if it means putting lives in danger. The Tel-Vis company broadcasts natural disasters on Earth to the inhabitants of the planet Gobdor, but when things begin to calm down on Earth, Dro Dorno decided to manufacture threats to maintain his viewership. When the Flash visits Gobdor, Dorno interferes with a broadcast and attempts to distract the hero from stopping his manufactured threats. The Flash ultimately prevails and stops Dorno's dangerous schemes, but also deals with the heartbreak of a misguided celebrity crush. This tale showcases the Flash's speed and cunning, as well as his commitment to justice and protecting innocent lives. Don't miss this classic issue, as seen in the film Catch Me if You Can.
