In The Amazing Spider-Man #47 (1967), our hero faces off against a villain with a penchant for hunting: Kraven the Hunter. This time, Kraven has his sights set on a different kind of prey. He wants money from the wealthy Norman Osborn, and when he can't get it, he decides to take matters into his own hands by kidnapping Norman's son, Harry, at a party attended by Peter Parker. As Spider-Man, Peter swings into action and engages in a thrilling battle with Kraven. However, when Norman finally shows up, he has no clue who Kraven is, and therefore does not fork over any cash. While Spider-Man is preoccupied saving Norman from a dangerous fall at a construction site, Kraven manages to escape. Will our web-slinging hero be able to catch Kraven before he strikes again? Only time will tell. At Comics Into Cash, we pride ourselves on being experts in classic comic books like this one. Contact us for an appraisal or to sell your collection.
