Minimum Value: $30

The Amazing Spider-Man #41 (1966) features the first appearance of an infamous villain, Rhino! The story opens with Aunt May and Anna Watson discussing Peter's living arrangements. Aunt May declines Anna's offer to live with her, but Anna thinks that Peter should learn to be more independent. Meanwhile, Peter decides to buy a motorbike and asks J. Jonah Jameson for a credit reference. Jonah agrees but also plans to use the loan as leverage to make Peter sell him more pictures for cheap. As this is happening, Jonah's son John reminds him that Spider-Man had saved his life before. Jonah denies this and claims that he made up the story. Later, John reveals that he was infected with strange spores during his last mission, and he has to be under guard for six months. Meanwhile, Rhino is heading towards New York, and Peter bumps into Betty Brant while thinking about getting his new motorbike. Betty and Peter are nervous around each other, and they both leave after Ned Leeds shows up. Peter then sees a news report about Rhino heading towards NY and wonders if he'll be able to stop him.
