The Amazing Spider-Man #100 (1971)

In The Amazing Spider-Man #100, Peter Parker finds himself experimenting with a potion that he believes will rid him of his superhero powers. Unfortunately, things don't go exactly as planned, and Spider-Man ends up with four extra arms! Talk about unexpected consequences.
