The Amazing Spider-Man #10 (1964)

In The Amazing Spider-Man #10 (1964), Spider-Man tries to stop a jewel thief but fails as the thief escapes on a waiting helicopter. This turns out to be the work of The Big Man, a criminal mastermind who has taken over the city's crime bosses. Spider-Man finds himself in a web of trouble when J. Jonah Jameson accuses him of being The Big Man and his secretary Betty is threatened by The Enforcers. Spider-Man sets out to stop The Big Man and his accomplices, but he's weakened by a blood transfusion and has to wait to recover. Eventually, he fights The Enforcers and alerts the police, but The Big Man escapes. With a significant increase in crime in the city, Spider-Man must find a way to stop The Big Man once and for all. At the hospital, Peter Parker volunteers to donate blood to Aunt May, and he's relieved that the hospital tests don't reveal his powers. As the story unfolds, we witness Spider-Man's struggles and determination to protect his loved ones and the city from The Big Man's greed and tyranny.
