Tales to Astonish #57 (1964)

In Tales to Astonish #57, Spider-Man finds himself going up against one of Giant-Man's foes - Egghead! Meanwhile, Wasp gets an upgrade to her stinger powers, courtesy of Henry Pym. Egghead sends out false information to ants about Spider-Man attacking Giant-Man and Wasp, causing a superhero showdown between the web-slinger and Giant-Man. Egghead's true plan is to rob a payroll truck while the heroes are distracted, but they soon catch on and thwart his plans. In the end, Spider-Man and Wasp declare their distrust of each other.
