Tales of Suspense #64 (1965)

In Tales of Suspense #64 (1965), Hawkeye and Black Widow are back in town, and they're up to their old tricks again. Hawkeye is testing out some new arrows when the Black Widow suddenly appears, sporting a fancy new costume and some nifty new powers. She wants to take down Iron Man, and she's enlisted Hawkeye to help her capture Tony Stark's right-hand man, Happy Hogan, and his assistant, Pepper Potts. The plan is to use them as bait to lure Iron Man into a trap.

Tony Stark shows up instead, claiming he'll trade missile defense plans for the release of his staff. But when he opens his case, tear gas comes out, and he transforms into Iron Man. The battle is on, and it's a close one. Hawkeye comes close to defeating Iron Man, but he gets distracted when Iron Man attacks Black Widow. Hawkeye leaves with an unconscious Black Widow, and Iron Man is left to ponder the lesson of the day.

In the second story, we see Captain America and Bucky investigating a strange act featuring Sando and Omar, two fortunetelling foes who seem to have a knack for predicting disasters. It turns out that Sando is actually a Nazi, and he's using his powers to sow chaos and confusion among the American people. Captain America and his team manage to foil their plans and bring the villains to justice.
