Superman #67 (1950)

Written by Bill Woolfolk, this hilarious story follows Lois as she falls head over heels for Perry after seeing him sing live in person. When a contest is held to find a woman to sing with Perry, Lois is determined to win despite having a terrible singing voice. However, a cold on the day of recording actually makes her sound good, leading to her victory. Things take a dark turn when an agent, who was counting on his client winning, tries to have Lois killed. In saving Perry and Lois, Superman clears up her cold.
