Superman #63 (1950)

An epic battle goes down as Superman faces off against John Achilles, a supposed descendant of the legendary hero Achilles. This guy has doused himself in a special chemical that gives him invulnerability, except for his right foot, just like the OG Achilles. To make matters worse (for him at least), he's forced to wear a heavy steel boot to protect that foot. However, that doesn't stop him from causing some trouble after taking over a gang.
