Inside the pages of Iron Man #55 from 1973, you'll find a thrilling story that will keep you on the edge of your seat. Drax is held captive, connected to a machine that allows him to contact Iron Man and warn him about the Blood Brothers. But unfortunately, the warning comes too late as Iron Man finds himself in a battle with the Blood Brothers inside his own mansion.
The story takes an unexpected turn as a strange spaceship arrives and takes the Blood Brothers away to a Southwest mountain, where Drax is ultimately captured by Thanos. Drax shares his story and introduces us to Titan, the largest moon on Saturn, where Mentor and his sons, Eros and Thanos, rule over an advanced society of scientists and engineers. But when Thanos tries to steal his father's power, he's banished from Titan and swears vengeance against his own father.
Kronos, the father of the Universe, intervenes and creates Drax, the Destroyer, to stop Thanos. The two battled until their planet exploded, and Thanos captured Drax. Meanwhile, Iron Man and Drax continue to battle the Blood Brothers while Thanos captures them again and again. But ISAAC, the supercomputer that coordinates Titan, succeeds in finding Drax, and Mentor sends a magnetic pulse to release Drax from his captors.
The story reaches its climax as Iron Man and Drax defeat the Blood Brothers and discover that Thanos had left a robot to delay them while he detonated the mountain. Fortunately, our heroes escape in time, and justice prevails. If you're a fan of comic books, Iron Man #55 is one issue that you won't want to miss.
