Fantastic Four #2 (1962)

In this issue of Fantastic Four, we witness an intergalactic battle between the Fantastic Four and the shapeshifting alien race known as the Skrulls. The Skrulls have come to Earth with a mission to destroy the Fantastic Four and take over the planet. Reed Richards, the leader of the Fantastic Four, must come up with a plan to stop them before it's too late.

The Skrulls take on the appearance of the Fantastic Four to tarnish their reputation and clear the way for their invasion. However, the real Fantastic Four manages to escape and teams up to defeat the Skrulls. With the help of the Skrulls' own hidden spaceship, they make contact with the Skrull mothership and convince them that Earth is not worth conquering.
