In Batman #57 from 1950, we see the Caped Crusader face a few different challenges. First up, in "The Trial of Bruce Wayne," Batman finds himself fighting to keep his ward, Dick, by his side when the court argues he's not a fit guardian. And if that weren't enough, Batman also has to deal with "The Walking Mummy," where a professor's assistant goes on a crime spree after impersonating a newly discovered tomb's mummy. Then we have a few fun gag strips, including "Peg," "Casey the Cop," and "Daffy and Doodle." But perhaps the most exciting story in this issue is "The Funny Man Crimes," where Joker goes on a crime spree to prove to everyone that he's the king of comedy. As always, Batman must use his brains and brawn to stop his arch-nemesis and save the day. At Comics Into Cash, we know our comics, and we're always excited to see classic issues like this one pop up for appraisal.
