High Value: $2,500
Minimum Value: $30

In Batman #139, we follow the Dark Knight and Robin as they take on the Signalman, who has now adopted a new identity as the Blue Bowman. Interestingly, the Signalman was inspired by a criminal who had adopted Green Arrow's trick arrow motif but used it to commit crimes instead of preventing them. As the Blue Bowman, he proves to be a formidable foe for the dynamic duo, continually escaping justice with his trick arrows. However, Batman comes up with a clever solution using trick batarangs to finally nab the Blue Bowman and bring him back to prison.
This issue also features "The Island of 1,000 Traps," in which Batman and Robin travel to a dangerous island to confront the villainous George Milo. And last but not least, we're introduced to a new character in "Bat-Girl!" as Batwoman's niece, Betty, makes her debut as the caped crusader's crime-fighting counterpart.
