Adventure Comics #181 (1952) takes readers on a journey through a series of comics and gag strips. The opening page sees Binky asking what readers know about other people in a public service ad. From there, we get into the action with Superboy donning a mask to become a hero. The story is written by an unknown author and brought to life by John Sikela's pencils and inks.

Other highlights include Aquaman fighting the Evil King of the Sea, a short text piece called "25,000 Dead Men," and a Green Arrow tale with Barbed-Line Arrow and Detonator Arrow. Additionally, we see some fun gag strips from Henry Boltinoff, including "Little Pete" and "Varsity Vic."

One of the standout stories in Adventure Comics #181, however, has to be "Joanie Swift, Queen of Speed!" This tale, written by an unknown author, features Johnny Quick and is brought to life by Paul Norris's pencils and inks. The story is so good that it was reprinted in World's Finest Comics #198.
