In Adventure Comics #160 (1951), we get a glimpse into the daily lives of some of our favorite superheroes. Superboy takes on the role of Prince Charming during a Cinderella-themed charity dance to boost the confidence of a shy girl named Alice. Aquaman comes to the rescue of his friend Juan Jones, the harbor police chief, who lost his job for wrongly arresting someone for smuggling gold. With the help of some sea turtle mounts, swordfish backup, and communication systems based on electric eels, Aquaman and his team save the day and expose the true smugglers. Meanwhile, Shorty tries out for the cross country team but ultimately decides to join the chess team instead. Johnny Quick gets his very own quick-service restaurant after inheriting some money from his uncle, but things take a dangerous turn when some crooks hide their loot in the building. Little Pete plays a prank on his friend by asking a 250-pound man to retrieve his ball from the middle of a frozen pond. And finally, Green Arrow gets creative with arrow shooting techniques in a publication called "The Book of Facts." Trust us, Adventure Comics #160 (1951) is a must-read for any comic book lover!
