Adventure Comics #132 introduces readers to Superboy – Super-Cowboy, a story scripted by Bill Finger and illustrated by Al Wenzel. Superboy, being the true hero he is, flies ahead and finds the ranch in shambles – a ramshackle shed with grassless land covered in boulders. Using his powers, he fixes it up and makes it more habitable. Elsewhere in the issue, we have Aquaman's adventure titled The Aquagirl, scripted by Otto Binder and illustrated by John Daly. It follows the journey of a millionaire named Mark Windham, who sees a beautiful mermaid and asks Aquaman to help him find her again. Additionally, there's Captain Tootsie Traps Killer Beer With Invisible Light and The Impossible Alibi starring Green Arrow, scripted by George Papp. Lastly, we have Sir Butch of Beeler's Alley, an exciting story starring Shining Knight, scripted by Don Cameron and illustrated by Chuck Winter, which is the first return of Shining Knight to King Arthur time, narrating the origin of Sir Butch.
