Action Comics #83 (1945)

Action Comics #83 tells the story of amateur magicians Doc and Flannelhead, who are struggling to make ends meet with failed street shows. However, a series of coincidental events leads Doc to believe that he has real magic powers. But in reality, Superman is secretly helping him out. Doc eventually gets involved in a mansion robbery, which leads to a comical and exciting turn of events involving Superman and the robbers.
