Hatt is desperate to prevent the marriage as he must keep the couple together for his comic strip. He stages several wacky schemes to break them up, but Superman keeps showing up and saving the day. In the end, Hatt gives up, Tiny and Maisie get married, and Hatt even decides to start a new comic strip featuring Superman – The Adventures of Superman!
