A con-man tries to sell flying space suits that are supposed to help them get to Mars cheaper, but instead, they are stranded in space. Congo Bill steps in with "The Pearls of Perils" and we also get to enjoy a funny gag strip called "Jerry the Jitterbug". Finally, "The Four Horsemen of Villainy" arrive in Vigilante and Casey the Cop needs to take on these criminals.
