After Patrolman Kip Burland chases a crook into Alonzo's palace, Alonzo decides to demand a payoff for keeping the crook's whereabouts silent. It's either pay-up or get evicted, and Alonzo is not afraid to resort to violence to get what he wants.

However, things take a drastic turn when the Black Hood arrives at the scene and discovers several hidden thugs. From there, he becomes part of Alonzo's twisted gladiator games, resulting in a thrilling and action-packed adventure.
